At the recent School Council meeting, the 2026 Parent Payments were reviewed and formally approved. We are pleased to share that there has been a significant decrease in the overall contribution amounts for 2026. This reduction reflects a shift in how student-owned items will now be purchased directly by families rather than through the school. To make this process simple and affordable, Avenel Primary School has partnered with Winc as our official supplier for 2026. Attached to this letter is the booklist for your child’s 2026 year level. Families are strongly encouraged to place orders through Winc on or before 28th December 2025, to receive free delivery (the usual delivery fee of $12.95 will be waived).  All book packs ordered through Winc will be delivered directly to Avenel Primary School and can be collected on Tuesday, 27 January 2026. If you prefer to purchase the items yourself, please ensure that they are exactly the same items listed on the Winc booklist. Our teachers have carefully developed these lists to ensure students have the correct and consistent resources for learning. Items that do not match the list may need to be returned to ensure all students have the required materials for classroom use. Your support through Curriculum and Other Contributions enables us to provide a high-quality education and maintain a well-resourced, engaging learning environment for all students. While all contributions remain voluntary, they play a vital role in supporting programs such as Science Week, Book Week, our school choir, lunch clubs, wellbeing programs, and access to essential digital tools and classroom materials.
